A Picnic / A Picnic Party
Black clouds gathered in the sky. A pleasant wind begins to blow. It was a really enjoyable day. We looked at the program and thought we would spend the day by the river. We did not take any servants with us. We wanted to have a cooking experience. We bring eating utensils and some mangoes.
We reached the river and set up our headquarters in the shade of a cool tree. First we immersed ourselves in the river and then started rowing. The rapids and rising waves took our boats off the shores. One of us broke. Singing out. The jumping waves, the rising wind and the sleeping songs magically affected us. After a while we landed.
Now our cooking has begun. No one was a cook; everyone had to put their hand in. The two of us started kneading flour. They boxed to the floor and grabbed. Peeling potatoes was not an easy job. One member went to the river to wash the meat and came with less than half. We forgot to bring salt, so had to cook without it .The meat was put a lot of spices and was worth a taste. Too many cooks had spoiled the broth. Chapaties refused to be round. They have different shapes. Now we were looking for mango. Everyone rushed to the finished mango. It was a lot of fun to run one after another.
Now sleep has taken over us. It was noon; we slept under shady trees. It was evening when we got up and started coming back to home. It was a pleasant trip . The slow ride on the bike and the lovely song on the road were an unforgettable scene.
