By courtesy, we mean good manners or polite behavior. Courtesy costs nothing but it leaves behind a lasting impression.

As smoke rises to the sky from houses of the poor as well as of the rich, similarly, send their prayers alike to Heaven, in the form of love and kindness.
Kind acts are like flowers, universally loved. Generosity of heart blesses him who is kind and also him who receives kindness. It proves a boon to the giver as well as the recipient.
A Profitable Policy
Courtesy does not lie in mere words but in kind deeds. It is a profitable policy, a happy experience in life and a duty and response to the call of principles. Our conviction should be that all that we see; the stars, the planets, the birds and insects, all are His creation and as He is all love, we can only please Him through responsive love and kindness.
Good Manners
Courtesy demands that we observe good manners in our daily life. We should greet our fellow beings by saying "Assalam-o-Alaikum", which is a wish for happiness and peace. If you know two men who are strangers, you should introduce the younger to the older. If you know a married woman and a single one, you should introduce the latter to the former. If one is man and the other is a woman, you should introduce the former to the latter.
In our everyday life, we should not jump ahead of the queue. In a crowded bus you should give up your seat to an elderly person or some-one that is blind, disable or sick. You should say" Thank you" to the person who shows any kind of favor to you. By observing good manners, you can make your life more pleasant and comfortable.
