 Tense is used to indicate the time or It is the time of a "Verb" action.

Types of Tenses

Verb tenses in English are three (03) or you can say that,there are three main tenses.

زمانے کی اقسام

1-Present 

حال یا موجودہ

2-Past

ماضی یا گزرا ہوا

3-Future  

مستقبل یا آنے والا

Each tense have four(4) types, total types of tenses are twelve (12).

فعل حال مطلق  

1-    Present indefinite tense

فعل حال جاری

2     Present continuous tense

فعل حال مکمل

3-    Present perfect tense

فعل حال مکمل جاری

4     Present perfect continuous tense

2-Past tense

فعل ماضی مطلق

1-    Past indefinite tense

فعل ماضی جاری

2-    Past continuous tense

فعل ماضی مکمل

3-    Past perfect tense
